    For #2 – Keep in mind the following I am 29, freshman year of college was 11yrs ago and I have been in this business for almost 10yrs :)

      Jay – that is amazing. Why would an employer care about changed majors? That probably eliminates half the workforce!

    the internet is telling me he didn’t like me but didn’t know how to say it. how about “your not what we are looking for” didn’t expect to be explained to but to use a lame excuse like that :)
